↙️ Goodbye @openSUSE...
↗️ Hello @ManjaroLinux!
Linux Kamarada is moving to Manjaro! 🤓
An ISO image is available for you to check it out, if you want 😉
⚠️ But remember that it is not ready for everyday use yet

The Arch User Repository (AUR) is one of the strengths of #ArchLinux and also benefits derivative #Linux distros such as @ManjaroLinux and Linux Kamarada.
All the programs you need in one place: see how to use it! 😉

@dhh I'm trying to make a Manjaro-based Linux distro. By now, I'm forking and customizing Manjaro packages, but maybe the Omarchy way is better and easier to maintain.
@dhh I know that Omarchy is open source and I could "just study" its code, but do you have any wiki/manual explaining its internals? A kind of "Omarchy making of"...
If I'm not mistaken, one could run an install script and turn an Arch Linux installation into Omarchy, right?
🌎🇺🇸 Problem: I have many photos from different phones and I want to organize them into folders by date. Some I know their dates looking at their filenames; others at their EXIF metadata.
Solution: a Python script created by @GitHub Copilot😉

Software can be installed on @ManjaroLinux with Pamac, Manjaro's own package manager.
We've already seen how to use it on the desktop, but did you know you can also use it on the terminal? See how! 😉

"How to install apps" is the first question everyone trying out a new #Linux distribution asks themselves.
See how easy it is to install programs on @ManjaroLinux using the Pamac package manager! 😉

If possible, do you prefer to solve problems with commands rather than by hand?
I selected photos from a photoshoot and needed to tell the studio just their numbers.
Instead of typing the 30 numbers one by one, I used a #Linux command to extract them 😉

We know that the new Linux Kamarada, based on Manjaro, is still in development.
If you downloaded the very first ISO image, you may have noticed that the installation failed in some cases.
This has been fixed, and the download link has been updated. 😉

Bye bye, Windows 10! 👋
Microsoft stopped supporting the OS
If you're still using it, now is a good time to consider alternatives such as #Linux, which is free and fast: make your computer look like new again! 😉

Today, Microsoft is ending support for Windows 10, which will no longer receive updates.
But if you have a Windows 10 computer that’s working fine, you don’t need to keep using an outdated and insecure system.
Give #Linux a try and make your computer brand new again 😉 #EndOf10
We've seen that @KeePassXC is the most secure way to save usernames and passwords. But copying and pasting into the browser is painful. Fortunately, there’s an extension that integrates the browser with KeePassXC. 😉

If you have just started to use @KeePassXC but already have passwords saved in your browser, you don't need to add them one by one. You can export them from the browser and import them into KeePassXC. Here's how. 😉

Do you still write down your passwords on paper? Or Excel spreadsheet? Or save them in the browser and sync them to the cloud?
Be aware that none of those are the safer way to store your passwords. Meet @KeePassXC! 😉

Have you ever needed to transfer multiple files from one phone to another, but worried that some might get left behind?
Did you know that #rsync, the favorite #Linux utility to sync files, can also be used on #Android? 😉

If you have a scanner at home and want to save your old photos or important documents to your computer, you can scan them using the Document Scanner app. See how simple it is! 😉
