@AdamRutherford I found the first year really difficult. Made myself allow one visit each semester. He's in year 4 at uni now, still have to talk myself out of helicopter parenting. It's hard to let go but it's inevitable I suppose 🥺

@STVNews @BBCNews @scotgov why is this matter not being resolved. If the marking strikes were affecting school exams, there would be an uproar. It totally unacceptable that they haven't tabled a deal for these strikes after more than a year!! Come on students are very badly affected.

@EdinburghUni This marking boycott is outrageous & extremely unfair on all the students. Please resolve the issues with the staff. At the moment I would NOT recommend university experience to anyone!! Surely there's a negotiation to be made so this DOES NOT go into next year.
