@EE Hi @EE I have called that number which takes me to online help via a text message which I don’t get a response too. I’ve tried twice today. I need to speak to someone as this has been happening for too long now but you still expect me to pay my bill…
@EE this is still happening! Raised a complaint for it to be closed with nothing being written back to me other than the email saying we have closed your complaint… not good enough and the service I am paying for is NOT WORTH IT!

@Net_help911 Already done that and all I get is a generic message back. Complaint email address please as I am not prepared to pay for a service I am not receiving!
@TfL still no response has been sent… well over the 7-10 days you claim to respond in… How do I escalate this further as clearly you are not taking a complaint seriously!

@TfL The original complaint has been over 7-10 days though so this doesn’t make much sense…. I have chased this up yesterday because of not having any reply.
