@Matalan I ordered in January and have still not received my parcel. How can I Chase this. It's nearly 8 weeks?? is that normal? not a very good service. I have emailed customer service but no reply yet.
@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted with your service today, I have spent the third day now trying to get this phone line working for my mum, this is her lifeline living alone. TalkTalk should be ashamed
@TalkTalk appalling service to get my elderly mums phone line fixed. She relies on a call bell system linked to the phone & not one person at talk@talk can give me an answer on fixing this. Terrible service.
@TalkTalk hands down the worst service and CUSTOMER service ever! So disappointed. 4 days in this day and age is unacceptable for an elderly person to be without a phone line which is a life line.
@HarwoodsGroup I hope the service is better there than your Coulsdon Branch. Never had a good service from there. Staff are shocking! Manager of RGS service centre never replies to emails. Maybe some training needed.
@Hermesparcels what is your complaints number. I have tried customer services for 3 days & your staff continue to tell me your systems are down. I’ve spent more on the phone than the blooming parcel I am trying to send. Please contact me.
@intuLakeside really disappointed in your cebtre today. So many people, no visible one ways in place. After shopppng at @bluewater they have this spot on. A much safer environment to shop in. #dissapointed
