THEY CLONED TYRONE is… SOOOOOOO damn good! 🤯
Like a modern day SPOOK WHO SAT BY THE DOOR with shades of EDGE OF TOMORROW and PLAYERS CLUB in the visual style of PEAK John McTiernan.
And it’s just sitting there… on Netflix… getting a fraction of the flowers it deserves 🫠
Eight hours of learning requires a lot of energy. I want to provide free breakfast and lunch to all 1.4 million Michigan public school students. No child should ever go hungry because they can’t afford a school meal. I’m proud we passed my budget to get this done! 🥪🍎
It is not only appropriate and constitutional to reform the federal judiciary over time -- it is our duty as an informed and engaged citizenry to demand this of our representatives. We need to expand the Supreme Court and enact other reforms that make sense.

The Supreme Court's recent rulings were sadly predictable for anyone who understands the hard-right agenda. Their goal has always been to install Justices whose job is to turn back the clock on our freedoms, on decades of constitutional decisions, and on our continuing struggle to “form a more perfect union” that includes all of us.
Let's vote out their political enablers and rein in the dark, subversive money that supports them in their quest to reverse a century of progress.
Good morning!

Happy Juneteenth!
Happy Juneteenth!
Juneteenth commemorates African American emancipation from enslavement. To emphasize education & achievement. It is a day of celebrations, a time for reflection and rejoicing. It is a time for assessment, self-improvement, and for planning the future. #FreshVoicesRise
@Michell33650674 I’m self employed and also black so I feel a responsibility to observe such an important day and to announce on my website that we are officially closed for Juneteenth. It’s also important for me that my children see that. Gonna make some good food to celebrate too.
“Soooo you mean to tell me that someone down your ancestry line survived being chained to other human bodies for several months in the bottom of a disease-infested ship during the Middle Passage, lost their language, customs and traditions, picked up the English language as best they could while working free of charge from sunup to sundown as they watched babies sold from out of their arms and women raped by ruthless slave owners.
Took names with no last names, no birth certificates, no heritage of any kind, braved the Underground Railroad, survived the Civil War to enter into sharecropping... Learned to read and write out of sheer will and determination, faced the burning crosses of the KKK, everted their eyes at the black bodies swinging from ropes hung on trees... Fought in World Wars as soldiers to return to America as boys, marched in Birmingham, hosed in Selma, jailed in Wilmington, assassinated in Memphis, segregated in the South, ghettoed in the North, ignored in history books, stereotyped in Hollywood... and in spite of it all someone in your family line endured every era to make sure you would get here and you receive one rejection, face one obstacle, lose one friend, get overlooked, and you want to quit? How dare you entertain the very thought of quitting. People, you will never know survived from generation to generation so you could succeed. Don’t you dare let them down!
Give this to your young people who don’t know their history and want to get weak!
It is NOT in our DNA to quit!”
@Ult1mateMan @Theholisticpsyc Very true, I’ve met a couple of great friends this way. It’s not quantity it’s quality. Coming together in our passions slowly leads to more and more ways to connect and spend time together.
We have 870 federal judges in this country, and a basic code of conduct applies to all but nine: our Supreme Court justices.
We can't allow justices to be for sale to the highest billionaire bidders. Congress must reform the Court to prevent further corruption.
John and the crowd payed homage to the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll, Tina Turner. Her passing left us with bittersweet emotions, & the crowd came together in a heartfelt tribute.
Her spirit resonated through all of us as we sang. What a moment to share together!❤️ #TinaTurner
So deeply sad to hear about Tina Turner's passing… I loved her version of Proud Mary! It was different and fantastic. I was also so happy because she chose my song and it was her breakthrough record.
