@NYCGreenfield @NY1 It even only sort of exists in NYC. There are loads of democrats who live in NY7 who are repulsed by DSA (I'm one of them). We just can't get the voter turnout without the bells and whistles.

Upon request got the explanation that the new system automatically assumes well-woman visits will include a pap even if you're not eligible and sends out the warning, and that if doc doesn't actually order the pap I won't be charged.
