Purchased a lovely bright pair of @HOKAONEONE Elevon 2 in May. Sadly the hot coral detail on one shoe has faded. Even sadder that despite 2 warranty complaints I don't get any response either by email or from the website form. Very poor on all counts. #poorcustomerservice

@wpduk how can you suggest to turn off my power for 6 hours on Thursday & say I need to make alternative provisions for work, refreshments etc when we are in Tier 3 lockdown? Please explain what you think my options might be when the government has closed all local amenities 🧐🤬
