@buildabear incredibly poor experience so far!Trying to use gift voucher and travelled far to use it. Leaving a 3 year old in tears! Completely pointless buying a gift voucher as impossible to spend it in a store anywhere! Very poor information and communication about this!
@TUIUK@easyJet absolute joke at Paphos airport. Flight cancelled, all stood outside the airport with young families. No staff to help and all just stood here with no idea what’s going on!
@SimonDGriffiths @owswimpod Thanks Simon! It was really great to see you again and so pleased you enjoyed the evening. Thanks again for the raffle prize too.

@HM_Passport Sadly though they loose your documents and you can’t get hold of anyone to try to sort it out! 6 weeks and still saying they haven’t received the documents despite them being signed for on 17th May!
@HM_Passport daughter first passport applied on 12th May. Documents were signed for 17th May but still not showing as received. Emailed and told to call advice line. Called advice line couldn’t help, transferred me elsewhere. On hold for a very long time. Please sort this out
We’ve had 2 free taxi rides around London because they said they’ve been inspired so much by me winning gold. One of them swims 4 times a week since seeing me win in Rio, crazy how much of an impact you don’t realise you have had! Got to love this country 🇬🇧
My 3 year old son has said he wants to follow in my footsteps and swim to France! However, he also wants to go one further and has decided on swimming to Antarctica (?!?!) Today we went to @HamptonPool for a bit of training! #littleboybiggoals
Enjoyed this view of the sky tonight whilst swimming @poolsonthepark Something quite magical about a sunset swim! Especially after a week with my two little ones! #tiredmum#neverregretaswim
@ellachloeswims Having been a step child always happy to help from how it feels from the other side too! It’s a really difficult balance for both sides x
