@MayorofLondon @MayorofLondon @TfL @AntiExtension I had to buy a new vehicle because mine was not "Ulez Compliant" my old vehicle is now sitting on my drive, I tried to apply for the Scrappage scheme but have been told that because it has jo MOT and is not insured I am not eligible??

Why would I pay for an MOT and Insurance on a vehicle that is going to be scrapped? It'd your fault I had to get a new car I refuse to pay for insurance on a vehicle I can't use!!
