@4Ramusjoy @mandyarthur It didn’t happen. It was a school bus on its regular route that clipped her rear light when Virginia’s carer (and friend) failed to indicate. Bus wasn’t speeding. No one was injured. Virginia exaggerated the claim to garner sympathy from her estranged family.
