This was the audience at the end of the day at Hampton Court - it was a day of magic for people who love books. The Queen’s Reading Room Festival - The Queen was there & the King came, too. What a night! Such a thrill to share the stage with Judi Dench, Derek Jacobi & Ben Elton.

@PinnacleSF Came to fit a radiator and prepare for the boiler fitting 3 hours we’ve now had a flood!!

@PinnacleSF also last Tuesday our boiler was condemned, so no heating and using emergency electric button in the airing cupboard. Not one radiator worked. Full they all leak be again floor ruined. Sort yourselves out ASAP we deserve better

@PinnacleSF measured up, someone will come the replace the floor and sort it out. Turns up today late! I’ve come to lift a carpet? Hmm no mate I need my bathroom floor replaced, oh hang on I’ll have to measure up and get my drill. Come down yeah you need a new bathroom floor 🤦🏼‍♀️

@PinnacleSF in our upstairs bathroom we have a leak that has rotten the floorboards and put a hole on the floor that is also causing issues down stairs. Mould and damp are all I can smell in my house!Was reported in May someone finally come last Tuesday said floor needs replaced

@Longleat I had the best visit on Wednesday and very much enjoyed my Giraffe VIP interaction. Finally after receiving the gift in January 2020 I got to spend the day with my favourite animal 🦒 and have a lovely sunny visit around the park and see all the other fabulous animals.
