Trying to get to speak to customer service @BritishGas is a joke. Over an hour wait time. Conveniently the app won’t allow me to change the DD. Over 20 years with this company (more fool me) and making contact is so frustrating!!
What a let down @BritishGas Waited for an engineer to arrive today, they didn’t. Only to find that you have changed my appointment to two weeks away when logged in online!! I don’t think so. Over 25 years of loyalty and extra payments. I think you need to rectify this now!
