@EricMMatheny My biggest concern with De Santis is lack of experience abroad - foreign policy is huge for a president
He is very smart and diplomatic, but it's an unknown how he'll do. Trump, love or hate him, had decades of experience working with foreign governments which proved helpful
@realEstateTrent I'd LOVE a 10 year commitment, for the right person and job - skills compound just like capital and the more you move around the lower the rate of compounding imo
@realEstateTrent I think if you want / expect a candidate to stay on board for 2, 5, 10 years that should be laid out clear as day. Then can only hope people respect your agreement
@8750Capital Agree fully with your analysis - I'm more conservative on price for thermal coal over the next 6 months but the story remains.
What do you see as biggest risks?
@KGTrader4@GaryTroyT@RoyLMattox Maybe we have diff definitions of screaming buy - what I took that to mean was no-brainer, max risk-on buy...and by you saying its possible, and not definite, supports my statement
What inflation rate is priced in? What FF rate is priced in? What earnings are priced in?
@the_transit_guy It's no coincidence that NYC has many trains - population density lends itself to good economics on train systems. Large sparsely populated areas are not good for many trains
