@lbandini Oh yeah! Thanks for the reminder! I think I was so focused on the mastery/independent level I couldn’t see the see that stuff that they could be exposed to as well! I’ll include the DC Stuff in the exposure section rather than the independent section! Thanks!

I’m trying to create a teacher friendly document to help the Kinder teachers at my ECE know what students should be exposed to, exploring, and become independent in throughout Kindergarten… any thoughts? It’s a WIP… Don’t mind the paper and pen - giving myself a screen break…

@edTechEvans We did an unplugged choice board too so that students could choose what activity they wanted to do and gave it more flexibility.

@edTechEvans A scavenger hunt could be fun - students have to find certain items that have the same beginning sounds or is the same quantity etc.

@edTechEvans Our art teacher had students recreate an artwork of their choosing. Students became Frida, girl with a pearl earring etc.
