@GingerJulie999 @_PurelyPets Owe the vets over £500! After me ringing them in November to confirm all was settled and we didn’t owe anything. After everything I’ve had to pay out myself because ‘it’s not covered in my policy’ it wasn’t even worth paying for the insurance each month!
