2+hrs for my food to arrive. Called the restaurant is has been sitting on the counter for 30mins no one collecting will have to wait another hour for it to arrive meanwhile it won’t be edible!
Where is my refund?
@Getaround it has now been 11 days since you were supposed return my 300€ deposit. 4 emails later no reply! No number as I’m not in a rental period,you are currently withholding my money illegally and not replying to the only form of contact you provide. Do not use this service!
@STN_Airport stuck abroad with covid! And can’t amend our booking we were suppose to arrive today!? Your phone lines are closed what do we do? We will now be here for a long time and your overstay prices are very high! Surely we can extend the booking!?
@UberEats you’ve shown your true colours! Ordered a pizza through you from a reputable company and it arrives stone cold! Contacted you for a refund and you’ve declined on the basis that nothing was wrong! and thanked me for my feedback! Any now stopped replying to my emails!
@monzo I am so disappointed with you,I’m in need of new cards so I can access money. Your customers service is slow further delaying me and you want me to pay 5£ per card! It’s a piece of plastic! They commonly break and your turning a profit of us! Thanks for looking out for us

2) Contacted your customer service department who for some reason cannot give me an explanation on how long I am going to have to wait here for the delivery. I've been told to contact the person who ordered the package but due to an ebay transaction this takes longer

My package was meant to arrive yesterday then changes last minute now awaiting delivery have been here all day because your tracking system hasn't updated since 7am!
Expected delivery is today at the latest...
