@Wayfair can’t believe you are charging return shipping for an item I tried to cancel-you had delivery/shipping issues. I received 2 weeks later than date noted when I ordered. Tried 2x to cancel, told I had to return. Now I’m charged return shipping for your issues? Bad Service!

@Uber Scheduled uber black yesterday and at the scheduled pick up time today a got message-no Uber’s available try again. How about try again to get me to use uber. Had to find alt. ride at last minute. Bad service. Why schedule ahead of time if your gonna say not available?

@Budget No didn’t offer truck anywhere near original location. Offered truck in the city - not a good option for me. Were very rude about it. Found a another company close by-had to pay more. Very disappointed in budget Business traveler as well and won’t use Budget for cars now either

@Budget wow, you call the day before scheduled pick up of moving truck-say you have no truck available at the location I rented from. Only option-pick up over 30 miles away in downtown Chicago. So Rude on top of it. Such Great service. Never again will I use @budget

@Toyota 2014 sienna in & out of service for 2 years-rear sliding door issue. During warranty dealer couldn’t replicate. After warranty expired & class action suit they supposedly fixed it. a month later same issue. Now they say it’s a motor and not covered. Shame on you @toyota
