@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow My widowed mum wants to leave everything to me and my brother when she dies. She never made a will. Am I correct in saying that this will happen anyway under the intestacy rules even if she doesn’t make a will? Will it slow down the process compared to if she had made a will?
