@CubicZpainter I think she was weaned off the seraquil sp? Which is an antipsychotic. This was beg of January. Maybe psychosis developed after McLean weaned her. Idk it’s getting hard to keep track.
@TheCarolErskine The biggest problem I’ve had w him is that I found him a d all the lawyers tbh very inconsiderate to the jury. Judge, are the potential jurors screened for their ability to be patient and okay with continuous loooong interruptions in their work? I would be resentful and angry 😬
@CourtCousin@imadriienne The jury members have to see them. It’s part of the evidence that supports their theory and is completely relevant to the jury’s contemplation between cold blooded gruesome calculation or the acts of a very sick person who was convinced by a man’s voice to brutally kill her kids
@Skipvue To me he seemed rattled the whole
Defense. His case has had a lot of glitches and probably the stress of the unknown story of the missing expert tested his patience. He was winded and breathing heavily during cross. Aggitated. Either throwing a tantrum or seething bright red.
@shebacat22@ProsecutorsPod Because she’s young inexperienced and was clearly stressed trying to hold it together. He saw it and capitalized. I agree he’s older but not out of touch. It’s all an act. As I see it anyway for what it’s worth.
@LindaSh22465517@defense_diaries I read that in Massachusetts the state cannot offer a plea for that includes hospitalization only instititionslization in prison. That’s my understanding. Interesting. Would indicate Lindsey chose trial over prison.
@RMproductionsX Seriously what it weren’t her kids she
Killed? What if she killed her neighbors kids? Or mine? Is it less of a killing becaise
They were “hers”? Idk. I’m really unresolved in my opinion. Still watching.
@TruecrimeRob The ride from duxbury to Mt Wachusett has to be at least 2.5/3 hours. With a 3 yo? Thats a little strange but i think the in laws were at the house w the two other kids. Im thinking he didnt want to hang out w them. Idk
