Long hard day at the climbing wall, scraped together enough fitness for a 7a+, solitary moonlit walk crunching the snow to a mountain hut, expectations of snowy mountain hike tomorrow, fire lit - just like winter used to reliably be back in the day 💕

Got to go home tomorrow so last gratuitous sunset plus a tree climbing chicken. Might not miss the 3.50am cock-a-doodle. Will miss the place and people. Great route to finish - must have had a lucky belayer as it didn't feel so hard the go I stayed on 🙂
