The setting is @niftygateway, a new and ambitious platform with the goal of onboarding 1 billion collectors.

The artist is @slimesunday presenting an artwork entitled The Last Stand of the Nation State. A collage based on Jacques-Louis David's The Intervention of the Sabine Women, it captures the zeitgeist of the moment, a bold Bitcoin visible on a central Roman soldier's shield.

In an at-the-time small crypto art space, it is offered as a $40 open edition, reaching 415 collector's hands, a very significant number.

The date is August 10, 2023.

The setting is @coinbase, an established site with a new and ambitious @BuildOnBase with the goal of onboarding 1 billion collectors.

The artist is @deekaymotion in collaboration with esteemed collector @CozomoMedici presenting two artworks entitled "New Era". DeeKay displays his animated wizardry to a figure of Cozomo emphatically stamping ETH and BTC flags onto the Federal Reserve.
