@greateranglia. After the 1706 lst2wtm was cancelled yesterday I got the 1720lst2braintree. When we finally crawled into wtm at 1836 imagine my surprise when I checked NRE to find my train didn't exist. My delay rely will be problematic... Can you check it wasn't "deleted"plus.
@greateranglia Stuck on the 1614, but only need to get to Witham(wtm). Will the 1706 run on time? You ran the BTR train but didn't tell anyone so I couldn't switch to it. @greateranglia
@greateranglia will you sort bus replacement from Shenfield? Or reimburse taxis? I'm stuck at Stratford and my husband is at Shenfield. One of us needs to get back for our kids. Thanks
@greateranglia theres a dead deer on the track at church st/cressing road pedestrian railway bridge, WTM to Braintree . The Braintree branch. It's right across the track!
@greateranglia are trains making it through CHM. Sat on the 0630 WTM to LST at WTM. If it's taking ages to get through I'll abandon going to London and WFH.
@TUIUK I'm guessing the app and website as requested down? Gone to add travel info to my booking and it's disappeared... As have all my previous bookings. When will it be working again?
This really annoys me as now after a super frustrating afternoon of trying to get home Greater Anglia are now making me chase them. Plus your random way of appealing is via text message only and I can't attach photos proving travel.
@greateranglia I've just had my delay repay refused for the great shambles of Fri 24/01 as "there was no smart card" usage. Seeing as I finally got on a train at 1548 after arriving before 1300 I'm really very annoyed. This isn't the 1st time GA have tried to deny my delay repay.
@greateranglia hole you can help. I lost a bag wed evening and your lost propety dept has found it and emailed me Fri morning to arrange collection. I've had no response since I replied via email. Can you provide a phone number for them?

And it's another 5 days and still no online access, no notification of my account being moved and for some reason in the bill you sent me it used an estimated reading when I have a smart meter!
@BritishGasHelp third go at getting you to reply... Why can I not access my energy usage on either the website or the app and why did you do a part month bill?
