Sentiment is worse now than during COVID-19, the GFC, and the tech bubble.
We don't have to agree, but being 9% off the highs with sentiment near its worse level (in history) puts me in the optimistic camp.
If everyone was still bulled up, then I'd be concerned.

2020 to present has to be the single best period to study in financial history. We went from crash, to bubble, to bear market in such a short period. We saw a crisis, FED intervention, inflation and major government spending. It is a century of financial history in 3 years.
There is nothing more difficult to trade than a news-driven market. You need to be extra disciplined as the temptation to overtrade or react to emotions is dramatically heightened.
Things to replace in 2022...
Netflix marathons with sleep
Fast food with home cooking
Toxic friends with positive mentors
TV with exercise
Complaining with gratitude
Procrastination with action
Blame with responsibility
$NCTY ... this one is obviously quite speculative ...
but hard to ignore the recent Accumulation Volume patterns. Short interest is on the higher side.
Might be watching purely for a squeeze play next few days.
