I've seen quite a few posts shaming LGBT+ individuals for going to Market Days during a #Monkeypox outbreak, and I have a few thoughts on that:
1- Shame based messaging never works, we know this in sexual health and we have seen it during COVID-19 so less shame, more awareness

Yes, @nycHealthy's vax appt system messed up AGAIN, but just being mad won't fix underlying problems w/ underfunded AND inefficient govt agencies. We need our leaders, @GovKathyHochul & @NYCMayor, to invest in agencies and overhaul regulations to modernize contracting and tech!
