@craigwhitephd @NHSScotland ashamed of you. Spent 25 years in England saying how good you are, not true. had to drive 350 miles and be pushy daughter to get an 88 yr old with acute abdo an ooh referral- after surgery no dx plan. Know how to work the system, this is inexcusable

I took my first full week off since June. Not working, but notice I have 379 emails & 2 of my staff have booked themselves into my diary tomorrow. I’m not OK with that. Can we allow the manager to return reasonably? I know I don’t have kids, but cut me some slack #flexnhs

I have decided to join the PPG at my surgery to get an angle on how patients perceive the use of digital technology. We are having some deep conversations in my team about how we deploy solutions to really ensure we utilise opportunities 👍
