@marisahoenig Over working is like an addiction. Once you are habituated, it is hard to get rid of. I am still trying :)). However, talking to my mentors has helped me. My manager too helped me with examples of how he manages his time better.
So true... Been there, done that; I know how thankless glue work can take up all your time. I still do it as I am passionate about what I am doing, but now I prioritize assigned tasks and learning before it.
