@cenbank I don't know why banks like @ZenithBank still exist. When people complain day in, day out and they are still deaf to their customers’ complaints.

I have never seen a bank that is so blind and unmoved by their customer’s complaints. Their lack of empathy is worrisome to say the least.

I do not know how a bank can be so callous and dismissive. I just want access to my account and money. I believe I have a right to this but this bank @ZenithBank has been frustrating me consistently for over 1 week.

I have sent series of emails to @ZenithBank and also DMs on IG and twitter and their team has been ignoring me for over a week or sending useless blurbs without reading what I sent to them.

I was eventually told to contact my account manager, which I did via email but the person is also not responding.

I upgraded my Zenith mobile app on August 28th, and I was logged out of my bank account. All efforts to reach @ZenithBank via email, twitter DM and IG have proven abortive.
