…even this morning the ticket site is showing the exact same tickets as available as it was yesterday, yet click in and they are sold out. Why does it not update? Such a poor user experience. #Wimbledon
@Wimbledon please help me understand your ticket sale site. Every time it shows tickets available as soon as you click in it says sold out but doesn’t seem to update for hours. I don’t mind constantly clicking refresh but not if there’s no point & the tickets really have gone!
@nectar@v77tweets This has happened to me. Very odd though that I reported a suspicious 500 point spend to nectar, they apparently closed my account and transferred the points to a new card yet 4 hours later I get another email saying a further 28500 points have been spent, how is this possible?!
@nectar I’m think my account has been hacked as I’m on holiday yet you’ve notified me of a points redemption. I can’t find a way to block my card & can’t contact you at this hour…
@British_Airways are you ever going to fix this problem? It’s been over a year! Only happens on IOS but on all browsers. So infuriating and just rubbish you can’t fix this.
@British_Airways Thanks but this is happening on multiple devices and yes cleared cookies/temp files. I either get a bar gateway, or a message to say your experiencing high demand try again or a message saying there seems to be a technical problem. Usually happens after logging in to BA account.
@British_Airways your website appears to be down yet again. What is going on? Over the last few weeks or so it is so intermittent, I just get ‘sorry there seems to be a technical problem’!

@British_Airways I’d like to do quite a bit of research into reward flight availability. This ain’t something I can really do over DM as I’m not after specific dates or destination. What is the issue with the website and do you know when it will be fixed?
