@nectar I was defrauded of my Nectar points - my Nectar tags are not lost, but somehow someone somewhere managed to use them! How can this happen? I called support for help - they promptly deactivated my account as I could not remember the memorable word that was set 10years ago!
@LondonGiggles@nectar Interesting! I have been promised restore of 23500 lost points to a new card within 10days, but not holding my breath based on your comment.
@OneLegIngoDad@nectar Same here - mystery that someone can clone my Nectar card without having any physical access to my key fobs - looks like an inside job if you ask me! And almost gave up on Nectar support since they refuse to help if you can't remember a word that was set 10yrs ago @actionfrauduk
@OneLegIngoDad@nectar Just had this exact thing happen to me - finally was given an option to remember a mobile number from 10years ago which thankfully i could :-) @sainsburys What's happening with @nectar - has it been hacked?
