@colin_dunlap 2% raise was the norm. I’ve had years of 0% and some years as high as 10%, but averages at 2. I stopped going to Pittsburgh Starbucks years ago. Much better areas and options.

@MartyGriffinKD More like Pittsburgh is a model to for what not to do now. We were not perfect in the past, but there were a few renaissance periods that kept the city from being extinct after the mill closures.

@colin_dunlap Not exactly unhinged, just a one sided and passionate pep talk. He forgets that other races still live and work in the city. Also forgets nonprofits employ people and work with other orgs. that pay taxes and spend in the city. Pushing out some of the tax base is not helping.

@RepSummerLee Need to stop making the entrance price for success, a college degree. Many jobs don’t need it, but require it. Also tried of playing my fair share over and over, Paid my loans off by getting the cheapest house, living in the dark, little heat, eat in, no cable, etc.
