This year has been tough, but there are some exciting things:
1. My reading students turn on their cameras every day!
2. Starting our first novel during virtual learning.
8th grade is reading The Outsiders.
3. I collaborate with FCPS teachers everyday!

@MS_PageSurfer#UMSPLchat#FCPSVanguard Q1: Blended Learning helps me personalize instruction for students, allowing for differentiation by student ability & interest as well as product, increasing achievement and engagement.
@MS_PageSurfer Q2:I love that @Schoology allows me to create individual assignments for students. This has been great for my intervention students this year! When I am out of the building, they can all work on the skills they need to practice. https://t.co/rKszHZSgEl #FCPSVanguard#UMSPLchat
@MrsKozimorFCPS@MS_PageSurfer Yes - I still remember when we worked on that first lesson together during our Blended Learning class with @EHainesFCPS! :) The students loved the change of pace, and their scores/reflections indicated a lot of learning took place! #UMSPLchat#FCPSVanguard
@Ms_Machcinski This would be a great topic to get into during one of our ALP sessions! I've seen teachers collaborate using various models. You, @Mrs_Wurzberger & @MrsKozimorFCPS are an awesome team! @mrskaveney & @ms_zeller have a different style but it also works! #FCPSvanguard#UMSPLchat
@MsMangognaFCPS @playposit is one of my favorites as well! It definitely helps keep students accountable when watching videos. It also allows the teacher to determine if any clarification/reteaching is necessary! #UMSPLchat#FCPSvanguard
@MS_PageSurfer Q5: Start small and don't get frustrated if you have to modify and adjust. Reach out to your peers who have had success. You're trying something new to better meet your students' needs and your efforts should be applauded!
