A3: I really worked on #studentagency this year. My Ss used the "I Can" statements to evaluate their learning. This changed their motivation to complete tasks. They began to reflect on their own learning so well that they could make decisions about their path! #umsPLchat

A4: The most beneficial tech tool I use is Schooology. Being able to streamline information, activities, grades and data has been awesome for both me and my students. It also allows me to discreetly differentiate. It was a learning curve for sure but so worth it. #umsPLchat
UMS staff walked over 57,000 steps today for PL. Our podcasts and pedometers PL allows the staff to explore podcasts as a way to choose their own path towards professional learning. Way to go UMS! #umsplchat @UMSHiltner_FCPS @UMSmath @UMSLiteracy
