@AshKnight @Rebecca_SPaul We asked this question, majority of residents didn’t have cash for initial outlay. FP advised very expensive to decommission the pipework of existing heat network. We have been railroaded into an esco based solution now to rebuild the system. Doesn’t remove FP charges though!

@TeamYouTube since updating my app , videos in the app are lagging/running slowly/stalling, and some are randomly being dubbed into Spanish or Hindi. Changing language/location doesn’t help either. Just stays dubbed. Please help? My phone is fine, my data & WiFi are fine too.

@SurfingLawyer How long did you take to respond to IVIG? Had my 5 day loading 2 weeks ago and am going downhill. More pain and neuropathic symptoms. Confirmed SFN & autonomic neurop. No pots, labile bp, gastrop. Came after mycoplasma chest infection in Nov.

@British_Airways can you help? I booked a flight with you to Adelaide, but as its codeshare things are not possible to do via manage my booking on BA, Qatar airways are also unhelpful because of codeshare! If i’d known I’d have this issue I would’ve booked with Qatar directly.

@ZARA_Care I have sent you DM. This is still not resolved. Live chat said yesterday they would refund/replace today. Now they will not, asking me to wait another 24hrs. Yodel confirmed they lost the parcel to me via their live chat. This is just awful customer service - you have my money!

@ZARA_Care is my parcel coming today? Delivery was due today, but yodel are apparently not coming today as it’s not arrived with me and their app says it’s in the depot still. Any ideas?
