Also we want demand to come back - Canada should be an attractive place to live and grow.
@MikePMoffatt Surprised to see this from you, Mike. Devs aren’t a monolith-they compete. Lowering DCs in tight markets like TO and Van reduces build costs, which either helps prices drop or makes projects viable enough to secure financing. Either way, it's a win for getting more housing built
