@TimHortons It’s amazing. When I reached out to @TimHortons about this issue via a DM will all the relevant info they directed me to look a form to fill out on a web page and then wait for someone to come back to me. When I posted it then they want to help. I haven’t been back again.
Quite shocked after a visit to @TimHortons in Milton Keynes recently. I noticed a friend of mine was behind me in the Q so I said “can I pay for the person behind please?” And they let me. Then when speaking to my friend afterwards I find out they got charged also. #TimHortonsmk
@LoonyMac We’re sorry to learn this, and glad you reached out, James. Please DM us the complete location address where this happened, the date/time of your visit, your full name, email, and phone number. We'll follow up directly with the restaurant to address your concerns. https://t.co/dkbZ9N86ic
So @TimHortons still don’t want to do anything about charging someone twice. But thankfully people unknown have stopped going. It was an easy fix but seems like they like to charge people twice for things they didn’t even have.

@TimHortons Charging people twice by mistake can happen. But doing it knowingly is theft. I’m glad I got my refund after I went back. But if I didn’t know the other person abs it was a nice thing to do…. Then they would have never to vent he money back. I wonder how often this happens?
@TimHortons I did a DM to you first. But was told to contact someone els which then followed up with starting again and told to go hortons web site then fill out a complaints form and follow down that road. Instead my details could have been passed to the correct department..but nope. 🙄
@JosephW64898008 @aimealleycard I’m with you. A bad example can be a great example of how not to be. Glad you know that lesson abs you should be proud of your self. If we know better we do better. That’s the key.
@aimealleycard Not growing up I didn’t. I have it another go later in life after not being in contact for quite a while. Though he has mellowed, sadly he was still quite selfish and sneaky. But he married someone even worse then him, when he past away last year she took everything. Karma.
@theJeremyVine My family are Irish... they didn’t get meat. Had to survive on what ever they had. It was that bad we hat to eat Wits. Well to be fair that’s all we had left.
