Just before our 5pm show - we learned of a second avalanche on a Palisades ski run, this time on the Alpine side.

Yesterday's deadly avalanche happened around 9am -today's around 12:30pm. In this one, NO ONE was impacted, thankfully.

Throughout the morning and afternoon, avalanche controls continued as safety on the slopes was top of mind.
