Right @O2, it’s been a month now and still no iPhone 15 pro max. What gives? I’d really appreciate a date when I can expect it at this point. This is absolutely awful customer service. Why aren’t you updating customers or at least offering alternatives that’ll arrive sooner?

@O2 That was ‘more than 4 weeks’. Meaning I could get my order anytime from now until the end of time which just isn’t helpful. Why aren’t you offering alternatives on iPhone 15 pro maxes that’ll ship quicker to people who’ve already been waiting a month?

Very tempted to cancel my order and go with @EE or @VodafoneUK. They might not have the colour I want, but I know I’d get better customer service and my phone much sooner by the looks of things.

I just want a date - even an estimate - for when I can expect my iPhone 15 pro max @O2 It’s ridiculous you can’t give people this when they’ve already signed contracts. It’s bare minimum customer service rather than shoddy holding messages that don’t give customers answers.

And another thing: if you’re talking to someone who’s disgruntled that their order’s taking so long, DO NOT get your customer service agents to send them screeds of upselling. How often does that actually work?

. @o2 have fumbled the bag with the iPhone 15 pro max launch. It doesn’t cost much to send customers updates (even if there’s no update) with the eta on their order so they don’t think you’ve forgotten them. Plus you’d save money with the amount of cs queries. It’s a no brainer.

It’s just the bare minimum of customer service and that’d solve so many problems to just say, ‘here’s when we expect your order to be shipped’ every week for customers who’ve ordered. Honestly, who runs their CS and marketing? Why haven’t they tested this?

Apparently folk seem to think my pals and I are depriving people of gig tickets by going to every date on a tour. That’s a handful of tickets out of thousands. We all work and have the same chances to be online at 10am to buy.
