@CamNumer@93the_king@markdsz0303@4rthur_SF@AlexLacl Oh please, not title winning but they were hardly midfield runners. They were just 3rd fastest behind Benetton and Williams at the time, with them taking 12 podiums and a win in 1995, hardly different from Red Bull in the late 2010s.
@CamNumer@93the_king@markdsz0303@4rthur_SF@AlexLacl Remind me when in 2015 Toro Rosso was a winning team? Because otherwise Schumacher moving to Benetton in his second season would count as instantly starting with a winning car as well by your logic.
@aminadoce@ShabbaRanch@MulattoOrfeu2nd It is also funny how there is literally a famous Fin in the cuasi white tier on this picture, Mika Hakkinen a 2-times F1 world champion. But he doesn't fit their ideal racial typecasting I suppose, so it merely highlights the stupidity of it all.
Hi formula 1 can we have more racing we really like racing can you fix the cars so we can have better racing. NO says formula 1 HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT GUITAR
@vertusity@_allthatglitz Yeah I remember everyone laughing at max for signing a contract extension in like 2019/2020 saying he'd never win the WDC now.
@FCler1@Tarunv265@MV33Racing Kvyat got a podium at toro rosso if I remember correctly, germany 2019, verstappen also came close to the podium a couple times in 2014 but ig if you dont count the gasly win at monza as a win in a TR cause the team changed names by then seb is the only one to do that.
@StephanKeevel@Duderichy Tbf our trains are very good compared to those in other countries, we just like to complain a lot about everything. Deutsche Bahn being named as being a good trainservice is way worse though, cause they are just the NS, but actually like we talk about the NS, so horrible.
@JdbB565656 @mika_renzullo @MrPalski@formularacers_ But his current performance is still underwhelming and a step below Leclerc. It is still good enough to regularly score points with the ferrari as it is the 4th best car on balance, sometimes even 3rd or 2nd on certain tracks. But that 57% is a bigger gap then it seems.
@JdbB565656 @mika_renzullo @MrPalski@formularacers_ Well Hamilton has just been slower than Leclerc in nearly every race so far unfortunately, there is not much more to say in that regard. Of course he is comparatively doing better than Sainz in the Williams, that is expected of him given his pedigree.
@JdbB565656 @mika_renzullo @MrPalski@formularacers_ Yeah, but they are not there every race and on occasion can fight for top 5, which increases their total points so the smaller points scored affect the total less. With Williams Albon is the only one to ever score higher than p7-10, so you see a very big points delta there.
@JdbB565656 @mika_renzullo @MrPalski@formularacers_ Well yeah ofc, but then they are fighting for p7 to p10, the points gap between which is only 5 points, so you won't see massive point swings in those races either.
@dykepoop @Gagasdivaa@dekudam I still wish to emphasise that change usually only comes from within and that while we may have our opinions, they are practically meaningless to change anything in this respect. And while I do not fully share your stance on the issue, I am glad for the respectful discussion. 2/2
@dykepoop @Gagasdivaa@dekudam Well, most of Asia already had the colorist standards based on a classist fundament before Europe, but outside of that, you make a fair point and I have to say that I don't consider painting yourself white something to aspire to. 1/2
@dykepoop @Gagasdivaa@dekudam As initially the efforts of foreign powers, at the time through missionaries failed to instill widespread change, over time, through their education they managed to influence the upper classes directly. Mind you this took a decent while as well, around 40 years. 2/2
