If Kyle O'Connor wants to talk, I'm listening. But I hope he'll show more courage than the pathetic whelp who's running Fishton now. #Fishstein#Dubzaron
Lastly the patron player Kyle O’Conner has sent his old grizzled Barbarian uncle to check on #Fishton mayor Tuck; who Kyle believes owes him fealty for past level training. How will kyles vassal respond? War? Peace? Or danegeld? 8/ #brosr#fishstein

Glory to Hextor, who separates the strong from the weak and the great from our lessers. Rejoice, and feast this day, and remember this proof of the true power over Oerth.
@Arbrethil Lord Eros Tyring of Blackhold, Crusader of Hextor and all around PITA of #Oberholt has emerged the victor of the first Brigstein. Hail the Strong, glory to the Mighty!

@DrakonInvictus@Crossface02 Yup, that's how I'd do it. Once they've hit, they've got a sense of it. And pretty often, the AC is known up front - 95% of the time, a human in chainmail and shield is AC 5.
I have multiple groups that enjoy the fact that encumbrance matters.
I have said this many times, but when XP is tied to how much GP you can haul back home.. Encumbrance is tied directly to leveling up.
As @DunderMoose has requested, here is how I organized my first experiment in a 1:1 Braunstein campaign, and what I learned: Each patron was assigned a single hex for their capital city. Surrounding this central hex was a vast area of unexplored land.
