@LondonCityAir @British_Airways still no response locating my 76 y.o dads case with diabetic meds and hearing aid. We got on a city & off in skiathos direct flight it’s not rocket science. Disgrace that the case is prob sitting @LondonCityAir no attempt send to us.

@LondonCityAir my 76yo dads luggage has not arrived in Skiathos Greece. Diabetic medication/ hearing aid inside a DISGRACE. @British_Airways 1 week & NOTHING. Doctors called due to lack of medication. Customer service training at its best.
