The Social Security Administration is very meticulous and thorough when approving benefits to recipients. The problem lies in the fact that the Biden administration opened the floodgates to giving social security benefits, SSI, medicaid, WIC, college tuition, HUD free housing assistance, free ID's and driver licenses and other Federal and state benefits to the millions and millions of illegals that the Biden administration allowed into the country. None of these illegals ever paid taxes, they have no legal rights to receive the benefits which have taken hundreds of billions of dollars away from Americans who need and deserve the benefits. Most, if not all of these illegals, were in the country illegally and the vast majority did not have identification or verifiable documentation. As such, I believe the Biden administration ordered glitches to be placed into the computer record systems to allow illegals to get the benefits outside of the rigorous standards the Social Security Administration typically abides by when reviewing and processing benefits. ADDITIONALLY, during the Covid pandemic when the government was handing out those $1,400 and $2,000 checks to almost all Americans as well as the PPP program, illegals were granted the checks. The checks were routed to third party programs and other means to get the checks because the illegals weren't part of the systems used to distribute the checks, i.e. direct deposit, Social Security, IRS etc. Additionally, the IRS would have been involved in this as well because the IRS was overseeing the issuing of the checks and they were communicating with Social Security to forgoe the application of the income limit rules placed on SS and SSI recipients by not counting the Covid checks against the recipients usual income and financial limits. I personally witnesses MANY Covid checks and other payments with weird names on the envelopes sent to mailboxes of residents and the people on those envelopes never lived at those addresses. The drug cartels also use this system to move around cash. A lot of them may even live in Tijuana or other border towns and they got Covid checks mailed out to anonymous U.S. residential addresses where they could come across the border, pick up the checks, cash them and then go back to Mexico OR someone else cashed the checks and then wired the money to Mexico.

They do this all the time when they come across the border to get medical and dental care in the U.S. and the bills are sent to addresses in the U.S. they don't live at and they never pay the bills, so the taxpayers and the medical providers get stuck paying the bills. Under Biden and Gavin Newsom in California, hospitals and other medical providers can't turn patients away even if they don't have ID or insurance. This cost the medical system and taxpayers billions and billions of dollars. In California, they have turned medi-cal from a program for very low income, sick and uninsured residents into a massive medical insurance program for millions and millions of Californians including illegals. This is how they are creating taxpayer-funded, government-run healthcare for the entire state. And it is breaking the medical care system in the state and bankrupting the government.
