A higher proportion of black tutors is only desirable if these are the most able tutors who are coincidentally black. Again, what you are saying is divisive and destined to create more resentment.

Division is the problem, not the answer. Victim culture is the problem, not the answer. Meritocracy and social mobility is the answer. Opportunity culture is the answer.

The reverse is true, UK organisations fall over themselves to try and increase diversity (for better or for worse is another debate).

For every BLM rally, there will be a banner saying white lives matter. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see that.
