@Lenovo poor form Lenovo for accepting an order, not fulfilling it, and now weeks of trying to get my money back. When I am able to speak to someone all they can do is ‘escalate’ and promise me an email response in 5 working days. Appalling. Have decided to buy another brand.

@TalkTalk can you please tell me why it is ok for your employees to mis sell and lie about the products they are selling? Very disappointed and frustrated that you will not provide me the product you sold me. Hours spent on the phone and on message trying to resolve.

@JoMaloneLondon I have DM’d but no response.I bought a bottle of myhr and tonka perfume whilst travelling through Heathrow. Upon arrival at home, I am unable to use the perfume as there isn’t a tube in the bottle. No store close to me. Can you please advise how to rectify?
