Would probably avoid booking through Tui โฆ
- didnโt issue our tickets/boarding passes so had to pay again at the airport
- got to Barbados to be told there was no transfer in our name after the booking stated we did
- no confirmation of our tickets home or transfer ๐
@helptobuy itโs been 3 week since we sent all of our documents to you and we still havenโt heard back. Your automatic response says allow 10 days.
Please can you help? We have tried calling and can never get through to anyone. We donโt want to lose this house ๐ค
@TUIUK is a joke. We booked our honeymoon with you and decided to change destination which we paid for! Your system failed to change the flights and now we have called youโre charging us ยฃ700 extra for the change which is YOUR fault.
@BritishGas Our fixed rate with you ended yesterday we received a letter the start of last month saying we will receive our new rate by 1st October by post. We still have nothing so have no idea how much we are being charged. How on earth do we budget with no info from you?
@Matalan I ordered yesterday and I paid Next Day Delivery.
It confirms on the email from yourselves that it will be delivered today. Evri havenโt delivered the parcel and I have no updates. Very disappointing.
@OntheBeachUK Why when requesting a change does it say โrequested changes will be made WITHIN 7 daysโ because that is not true at all and it is still pending over 7 days later.
You might be busy but sending out incorrect info is irritating and making us stress ๐
