@pdboxer@KewCogs@daraobriain@pdboxer I totally agree with all your points. This is exactly how it is. I do be blue in the face explaining this to my foreign husband… as for this Sunday and next Sunday, sure that’s clear as mud 👍
@BrodHiggins Thank you for all your wonderful fun, caring and mischievous sharing. We needed someone like you and I’m grateful you kept it going so long. Your tweets were often hilariously spot on but also poignant and purposeful, when needed. Míle buíochas 🙏💚
The Irish state's badger killing programme is barbaric. Last year 5,187 were snared and shot. There is no closed season so mothers are shot even when dependent young are helpless in the sett. We can't even say it's bringing down TB rates in cattle.
This little puppy came to us after being dumped over a wall into a back garden on Christmas night. Thank god the people who owned the house heard him crying at their back door. Only a baby, unwanted already. (1/2)
All three are under garda investigation. We can only hope for a prosecution but sadly none of the ponies are chipped.
They’re safe now, warm with full bellies.
If you can help us towards their care, thank you: https://t.co/n9qhgXL5jp (3/3)
I'm at a talk this eve about the importance of primary (ancient) forests in addressing the biodiversity & climate crisis. It's being addressed by a first nation's chief from Canada's west coast. "The ancient trees, the salmon... the forest is so important to who we are"...
Why anyone would buy a dog when there are so many waiting in shelters to find loving homes 💔 All these beauties are at the #dspca hoping they can change someone’s life and fill it with unconditional love. They just need a chance 🥲 https://t.co/MRbGyGvp3E
Open today 12-4pm 🐾
I lost my grandmas ring whilst in Edinburgh & I’m actually devastated.
I’m assuming I’m not going to get it back at this point but if anyone on Twitter has found a small gold ring with a tiny emerald surrounded by 8 small diamonds pls let me know 🙏

@dogsangelsIRE Who are these people who still think in 2022 that it is acceptable to lock a living creature in a shed all day? Why bother getting a dog at all? What is going on in their heads?! Hope he finds a loving home soon. Well done for helping the little love 🙏
@katecormac Mine gives me grief every time I boil a kettle with more than a mugful of water. The same tulip who has for years played computer games in his man cave wearing a tee-shirt, with windows open and heating on full blast in winter. Ah yes…
Your help is URGENTLY needed! 54 puppies have come into our care in the past 3 weeks alone, so we desperately need foster homes. We're completely full & receiving more requests to take in vulnerable dogs daily.
If you could foster a puppy, please visit https://t.co/7Wzctasvga
I was very happy to see the biodiversity crisis featured on #rtept tonight and well done to @Tapeterman and @ConorWilson for condensing such a large amount of information so effectively...
Our great friend & volunteer who owns The Green Door Florist on the Howth Road in Clontarf has had this wonderful idea for flowers that she can no longer use but can still brighten up your house, table, desk, life - second hand flowers & all you need to do is donate to MLHR! ❤️
