@sweatybetty Big Fan. Was going to order some more sale items today, some for presents, then saw you use Evri, so not going to risk ordering sadly. My location, like many other places, has Evri delivery issues.
@RoyalMail I paid almost £100 to redirect 2 names from house move in July. I’ve discovered that some mail is not being redirected. I don’t have a good relationship with the now occupant of my old address, and it’s 200 miles away, I am very upset. 30 mins wait on your helpline.

@Ryanair In all my years of flying I have never seen an air hostess behave as poorly as I witnessed today. Whilst waiting to board a flight the air hostess was extremely rude that we’d be told to come up the steps and literally threw rubbish at us in a strop. Great service!

@TalkTalk Appalled that you have left my 80 year old recently widowed father without broadband for days. He’s struggled with your Indian ‘support’ staff, and is now isolated with no connectivity for 5-7 days whilst a new router is shipped. Shocking customer service @BBCTech
