Use the toolbox as it makes sense: ci, cd, auto test, refactor, remove toil, containerize, embrace cloud, infrastructure as code.

Why are we still hiring people based on trivia regurgitation & not on actual skills?

• short cake;

• long story;
• signed sincerely;
