So your cash eventually drains. Add on taxes. It’s mostly a trap and makes your free cashflow essentially 0 so it’s never deposited

It would be in his best interest to disclose the brand. He’d be able to attract higher paying clients, more investment opportunities.

@matthucius Spot on. Reality is luck plays a massive factor, I'd argue it's almost impossible to determine these opportunities ahead of time otherwise we'd all be at large scales. There are too many unknowns inhibiting success at every stage, only revealing themselves 2,4,6 years in.

@EcomMame To add on to your previous post. Health niche Is competitive largely because of the High AOVs allowing legitimate scale. One of the few DS niches where I’ve seen people do mad numbers it makes you question doing private label entirely.

@EcomMame I don’t think I’ve ever found a true winner in dropshipping. Always had more success in private label. The AOVs in dropshipping imo are always fairly low so you can only scale it so far before ad costs eat up your initial 90% gross product margin.
