@Telstra once again your customer service failed. The past week. I’ve been onhold 3hrs, 1hr on live chat. the same on Twitter dm. All promising the case manager would call us in 2 bus days, that his manager has been told. Yet no progress, No net service.

@Telstra No resolution. After 2hrs and 51mins on hold no one answered my call. After an hour on live chat, Michael was unable to contact our complaints manager. Still no call from our complaints manager Alexander, Now 48hrs overdue from when promised
@Telstra ombudsman complaint, 8 calls, 3 complaint files, 5 weeks & still no internet. The call centre keeps jumping us across departments without resolution. Fraudulent disconnection, charging for mobile data when you told us to use mobile in the meantime. It’s ridiculous
