I was feeling a bit low this morning, having ‘am i the problem’ thoughts, then i decided to treat myself to breakfast and a coffee on the way to work, 4 walls and Dancing Queen came on shuffle, and I felt much better.
Moral? Treat yourself every now and then - especially when sad
